**Return and Refund Policy**
You can exchange/return products/cancel contracts within 7 days from the date of receiving the goods or services. You may notify the company in writing of your intention to cancel the contract. After the company has received your notification, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the purchased goods or services within 15 days.
**Product Return Method**
You can request to return products for the following reasons:
- The packaging box is damaged, torn, or incomplete.
- The box has been opened or the product was opened prior to receiving it from the courier.
- Incorrect model, color, or size was delivered, or the product is defective and unusable.
If you check the product and find that it or its components are not in a complete state or unusable, or do not meet specifications, you may return it to the company within 7 days after receiving it. However, the company will not be responsible for any loss or damage after the goods or services have been delivered to the customer, including cases where the customer has instructed staff to leave the goods outside the house.
**Refund Method**
The company will start processing your refund upon proof that the damage which led to the return occurred before the delivery of the goods. The refund will depend on your payment method.
- **For full payments made via credit card:** The company will refund the purchase amount back to the credit card account used for the purchase within 15 days. (However, the time taken for the funds to be returned to your credit card will depend on the processing policies of each bank, which may take 7-45 days after the company has sent the refund order to you.) The company reserves the right to refund only according to the name on the credit card that matches the name of the customer who ordered the goods on the website.
- **For payments made via bank transfer, cash on delivery, or ATM:** The company will refund the purchase amount to the bank account you provided within 15 days.
The company will refund according to the total amount you have paid. If your purchase included shipping costs, the company will refund the shipping fees along with the product cost according to your payment method within the specified 15 days. The staff will contact you to inform you of the status of the process through email or phone.
**Product Delivery**
The company will deliver products to you promptly within 1-3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date you have made the payment or completed the order. If delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, riots, regulations of relevant authorities, or government measures that cause delays, the company will coordinate with the shipping company to resolve the issue appropriately if the delay exceeds 5 working days.
**Regulations**
The company will not be responsible for any loss/damage and will not be liable for any expenses incurred, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of this website or websites linked to it, or anyone being obstructed from accessing the website or being unable to access the website. Furthermore, the company will not be liable for any loss/damage or expenses arising from failures in website usage, errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, incompleteness due to computer systems, or viruses, even if the company has been informed of such incidents.
**Governing Law**
This agreement and its terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement and its terms and conditions, including, without limitation, any questions regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and considered exclusively by the court having general jurisdiction in Thailand.
**Service Registration**
You can register as a user of the product ordering service on the website, agreeing to provide accurate, truthful information, including contact name, contact location, and phone number for effective communication between the company and yourself. If you have any changes or updates, you agree to promptly inform the company through the website or by contacting the company’s staff. If you wish to cancel your registration with the company, please inform the company immediately. The cancellation will only be effective once the company has acknowledged your cancellation request via your email. However, the company reserves the right to refuse the cancellation of your registration and/or order and/or service without needing to provide a reason.
